在这里学什么？ Why choose Classical Civilisation with Ancient Egyptian Culture at UWTSD?1. On the Classical Civilisation side we provide the opportunity to study a wide array of topics and themes. You can focus your attention on mythology and religion, literature and art, or social, political and economic history as suits your tastes. While on Ancient Egyptian Culture side allows students to explore the history, culture and writing of Ancient Egypt.2. All students are taught through small groups, with interactive lectures, one-to-one tutorials, and seminars – all in a friendly and supportive environment.3. Students have the opportunity to go on local and international field trips to places like Athens and Rome.4. An innovative immersive learning approach, this programme focuses on the material culture in conjunction with textual evidence and heritage aspects.5. Staff have teaching and research expertise in a wide array of areas from the poetry of Ovid and Statius to the study of ancient warfare, economics, iconography, and Romano-Celtic religious practices.
