专业概况

在这里学什么？ This pathway programme will be of interest to students who may wish to work within a wide range of potential educational settings and environments and who wish to keep their employability options open. It will be of particular interest to those who may wish to work abroad in a teaching role or some other capacity. Education Studies: International Perspectives offers an academic study of education based on the four key areas of the discipline, philosophy, psychology, sociology and history which are fundamental to a degree of this nature. By choosing this pathway you will be engaging in further specialised study relating to education and teaching across the globe. You will consider how schools and other educational contexts function and how learning is developed and supported. The opportunity to study teaching English as a foreign language is also possible through this pathway. This programme supports progression towards a variety of careers such as teaching, research, educational administration and management, local government, as well as a range of opportunities within the public and private sector.
