专业概况

在这里学什么？ This course aims to provide students with a broad background in the wide range of disciplines involved in quantity surveying and the commercial management of construction projects from both the Clients and The Contractor’s viewpoint. The course provides students with both the underpinning knowledge and a broad range of skills necessary to pursue a successful career within the industry. The course is delivered in a friendly environment to small groups; by the end of your course the lecturers will know you by name as an individual. The course covers a wide range of subjects, from cost estimating to project management techniques and health, safety and welfare. The programme is delivered through a range of lectures, site visits, tutorials and practical assignments that aim to develop the key skills the student will need in the industry.
