专业概况

在这里学什么？ Develop your skill set in more than one subject area and study with a wider range of expert staff in this Jazz with Classical course at Leeds Conservatoire. You’ll take your Specialist Study modules in Jazz and your Specialist Group Study modules in Classical. Leeds Conservatoire's jazz degree was the first in the UK, and over the last 50 years we've become a leading authority in jazz across the UK and Europe. You’ll play with jazz musicians from all backgrounds, from raw talent to polished, and from progressive to purist. You’ll also benefit from working alongside students from other pathways, collaborating with producers, sound engineers, composers and entrepreneurs on your own independent projects.As part of the Classical elements of this course, you will have the opportunity to benefit from our partnership with Opera North, including attending rehearsals with the company, working with conductors and chorus masters on repertoire and having access to masterclasses with visiting artists.
