This major is designed for maximum flexibility, and allows students to double major or pursue a Master’s of Science in Teaching degree and finish within five years.

What Will I Learn?

This program is designed to prepare you for graduate level work in geology, and involves a more extensive preparation in cognate skills such as math, chemistry and physics.

In addition, the geology major leads to qualifying you for licensure as a professional geologist.
