专业概况

In an increasingly competitive global marketplace, leaders know that people are an organization's most critical resource. Bottom-line business success depends on the quality of its employees and the effectiveness of employee relations. The Lindner Master of Arts in Human Resources (MAHR) program prepares students for leadership roles in managing people and building employee capabilities.

MAHR graduates serve in a variety of organizations such as General Electric, Macy's, Cincinnati Children's Hospital, UC Health, and many smaller firms.

Career

Our most successful graduates come with focused interest in the Human Resources function, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a deep interest in people. The ability to use data to address HR issues is also emerging as critical to success in HR.

Students from the Lindner MAHR program have positions with titles such as HR Director, HR Manager, HR Generalist, Director of Talent Acquisition, Benefits Director, and Compensation Manager. The Lindner Career Services office is available to assist MAHR students with placement upon graduation.
