在这里学什么？ Expertise in modern languages has never been more important as the United Kingdom forges a new relationship with its European partners and seeks to develop its trading and cultural ties throughout the world.The University of Bristol is a major centre for the study of modern languages and cultures.This joint honours course combines the study of Russian language and culture with Portuguese, offering you a window onto a much wider world.Russia continues to assert itself as a powerful political and economic force, making Russian expertise vital in a range of professions. Portuguese is the seventh most widely spoken language in the world, and the political weight of countries such as Brazil and Angola means Portuguese speakers are increasingly in demand.You can study one language from scratch or build on existing experience. Both departments offer a lively, friendly and supportive environment.You will divide your third year abroad between a Russian-speaking and a Portuguese-speaking environment. There are a wide range of placements to choose from, which may include studying in a university, teaching English or working in a multinational company or non-governmental organisation.所属院系

为来自中国的学生设计 The International Foundation Programme (IFP) is for international students whose first language is not English. Run by our Centre for Academic Language and Development, the one-year programme will prepare you for the undergraduate degree of your choice through tailored English language and academic units. Applicants with the Gaozhong Biye Zhengshu (Senior High School Certificate) and Gaokao (Chinese University entrance exam) combined with a successfully completed appropriate foundation programme will be considered for admission to our bachelor's degree courses. Applicants who have successfully completed the first year of a Chinese university degree at a prestigious university will be considered for admission to the first year of our bachelor's degree courses. Students need to have IELTS 6.0 overall with either listening or speaking at 6.5, with no skill below 6.0.课程信息
