WHY CHOOSE PHILANTHROPY AND NONPROFIT MANAGEMENT?
Talented people from all academic areas - accounting to zoology - are needed in the nonprofit sector as it touches every aspect of life - animals, the arts and humanities, children and youth, the environment, faith, health and wellness, international development, recreation and leisure, senior citizens, social justice and social services, veterans and, yes, even zoos. Our graduates are highly competitive in the job market as SRU is the only university in Pennsylvania that offers an undergraduate degree in philanthropy and nonprofit management and is one of fewer than 25 nationally.
