Our MSc International Corporate Finance course will give you the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills to work as a finance professional in corporations or financial institutions. Through a carefully selected mix of interrelated modules, you’ll learn how to navigate an increasingly complex, dynamic and global financial environment.

What you will study

Our MSc International Corporate Finance programme will enable you to understand the rapidly changing financial market conditions around the world.

With an emphasis on international corporate finance and corporate governance practices, we’ll give you an understanding of the econometric techniques involved in corporate finance. You’ll get the opportunity to empirically investigate theories and phenomena, under the guidance of our experienced academics.

You’ll also study optional modules which will, crucially, allow you to customise your studies to suit your career aspirations and specific interests. You’ll not only gain the theoretical knowledge and quantitative skills that corporations look for, but you’ll also have access to one of the most comprehensive sets of databases used by researchers and financial analysts, enhancing your employability.

Our International Corporate Finance MSc will give you the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to understand the complex and ever-changing international financial market. With a focus on corporate governance practices, you’ll learn econometric techniques and be given the chance to empirically investigate theories with real-world data.

为来自中国的学生设计 To apply for one of our postgraduate courses that require a UK 2:1, the grade requirement depends on the institution you have studied at in China. Our usual requirement is 75% or 80% overall. For courses that require a UK 2:2, you must achieve 70% or 75% overall, depending on the institution at which you have studied, IELTS Academic: 5.5 overall with 5.0 in each component
