Global companies compete in a challenging business economy. This requires the need for business professionals who possess a combination of business and international skills. Formal international management education gives students cultural training, a comprehensive understanding of global and regional economies, and a socio-political analysis of multiple regions. Graduates of the international business program at the UC Carl H. Lindner College of Business are positioned to be highly sought, especially for companies with overseas assignments.

Success

Individuals who are attracted to international business are those who are able to accept and work within the culture, customs and attitudes of another country. They must be flexible and be able to adapt to change and unexpected situations, some of which are beyond their control. 为来自中国的学生设计 Student need to have: Graduation from an accredited high school of preparatory school; Successful completion of 16 units of college-preparatory subjects: English (4 units); biology and chemistry (2 units); college-prep mathematics (3 units); social sciences (2 units) fine arts (1 unit); additional college preparatory subjects (4 units). Recommended: foreign language, anatomy and physiology or a third unit in social science with a grade of C or better in all required courses; Recommended minimum high school GPA of 3.0; Completed application and official high school or preparatory school transcripts.
